Laureus World Sports Awards

This "Oscar" awards program of sports draws a global TV audience of nearly half a billion people.  And in 2007 it was tennis star Roger Federer who stood out above all with an unprecedented third consecutive Award for Sportsman of the Year.  More tennis talent like Serena Williams and Amélie Mauresmo were recognized for their respective Grand Slam victories while Russia's pole-vaulting Yelena Isinbayeva and the Italian World Cup team also received awards for sports excellence.

In 2006 it was tennis champs Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, and the F1 team of Renault who took away top honors at the Laureus World Sports Awards in Barcelona.  Camino Media provided for a wide array of English-speaking crew, production, and post-production requirements at the venue during both years.
